Mamala Care’s BabyBellyFitness Program, yes I still had a "babybelly". I gained 80 pounds during pregnancy, most of it was water, the rest was chocolate and watermelon. Some time after giving birth, I found out about Mamala Care’s BabyBellyFitness Program on Instagram. That seemed just right. And that's exactly how it was! There are units for pelvic floor strengthening, which my midwife recommended to me. The other fitness units were just the right length and intensity for me and increased regularly, which was especially great that I could include Ben in the sports units. The program is perfectly tailored to my needs as a mom and in the Instagram community you can exchange ideas with other mums. I am far from finished with my "babybelly" but on a very good path.
