The first time I became aware of Mamala through Instagram & I would recommend this program 100% to every mom. During my pregnancy I gained 80 pounds, but I wanted to get rid of them as soon as possible & with the included online BabyBellyFitness program I was able to exercise relaxed whenever I have time & desire. The program also offers a nutritional plan & concept, with delicious healthy recipes without starving yourself. The videos do not go too long, which is why it is practical, when the little one take a nap. I can only recommend it & would choose it again after a pregnancy. Thank you Mamala for responding to the needs of us mothers.

Since I am a physiotherapist myself, it was not easy for me to find good and well-thought-out instructions for the connection to the recovering after pregnancy. Despite my specialist knowledge, I wanted new ideas and motivation. Through social media I became aware of Mamala and now I can say that it is an incredibly well-coordinated program. it includes the latest information about the baby, delicious and healthy recipes without starving, great and motivating exercise units and an understandable and pleasant guide. Despite my rectal diastasis, I was able to do all the exercises because the program takes into account all of the "mom's ailments". As a mother of two, I can benefit 100% from this program. If it is difficult for a child to incorporate recovery and fitness into everyday life, it is made incredibly easy for me here because I have access to the program regardless of location. So I sat there at 2 a.m. and did training exercises with Mamala Care's included BabyBellyFitness Program. I can involve my baby, get important information about his development steps, and nutrition tips. As a mom who is enthusiastic about nutrition, I recommend pre-cooking the proposed recipes, so you can benefit from them the next day and don't have to cook fresh every day. That saves time but no nutrients ;-). a thumbs up for Mamala which caught me well after I gave birth.

Mamala Care is really great. Especially the included BabyBellyFitness Online Program. It combines pelvic floor strengthening (degeneration), fitness and healthy Nutrition in one and all from home. I was convinced to do everything from and at home. I don't have to go somewhere and can rather spend the time with my baby. The exercises are great explained and so easy for me at home. I can do the whole thing when I want to and don't have to go to any place at a specific time. For me this brings absolute added value. Great, keep it up.

Mamala Care is really a great thing that includes recovery, exercise, healthy eating and great baby updates. And all tailored to new moms! You don't need to organize a babysitter to go to the gym, you can do the exercises in a relaxed way at home with a baby or when the baby is sleeping! In addition, you usually train wrong in the gym and no trainer ever uses the word "pelvic floor" 😳
The program was great, was fun and I always felt "in good hands" 😊 the baby updates are super cute and I am always absolutely excited for the new week's baby update.

Mamala Care's BabyBellyFitness Program, yes I still had a "babybelly". I gained 80 pounds during pregnancy, most of it was water, the rest was chocolate and watermelon. Some time after giving birth, I found out about Mamala Care's BabyBellyFitness Program on Instagram. That seemed just right. And that's exactly how it was! There are units for pelvic floor strengthening, which my midwife recommended to me. The other fitness units were just the right length and intensity for me and increased regularly, which was especially great that I could include Ben in the sports units. The program is perfectly tailored to my needs as a mom and in the Instagram community you can exchange ideas with other mums. I am far from finished with my "babybelly" but on a very good path.

With Mamala Care's BabyBellyFitness Program I finally have my old figure back after the birth of my daughter. I made it from size 40 to size 36. The sports exercises are all well explained and often simply very simple that you can easily do them at home. New exercises come every week, it remains varied. The recipes I've tried are also very tasty. Of course you still have to do sports after the 12 weeks, twice a week I do and feel really fit and vital. I can recommend Mamala Care to every new mom.

I can divide my time at home freely and have 5 months on mine Access account. So I am flexible in everyday family life! The different exercises are simply explained. AAs a mom you have little time to go to fitness and Mamala is just ideal! It takes no longer than 20 minutes. The exercises are incredibly well explained and it has also a calming effect. afterwards you just feel good and fitter! I can heartily recommend it to every mom.

For me, the recovery was an issue where I preferred to avoid it would have done. Go somewhere around with a lot of other mums doing exercises was not my favorite idea. So I was looking for something at home, where I can be there for my baby and where I am in the familiar environment. I don't feel like I'm being watched. With Mamala Care, that was possible and is a great balance for me to calm down. I would always do it at home and with this program again. The exercises are great explained and every mom has 20 minutes quickly in the evening when the baby is sleeping.
