The best time to start with Pelvic Home after birth is approximately with beginning week 6-8 postpartum. But first of all it is tremendously important that all birth injuries are sufficiently healed and you feel well and ready. We recommend to be absolutely sure to check this with gynecologist prior starting with the course.
